These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and the painting services provided by ProEdge Painting Inc., operating as ProEdge Painting (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at 66 Bowcott Crescent, London, ON N5V 4W8, serving London, Ontario. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
ProEdge Painting provides residential and commercial painting and finishing services, including interior painting, exterior painting, commercial painting, cabinet refinishing, drywall repair, and staining. The specific scope of work for any project is defined in the written quote or estimate provided to you.
2. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the conditions observed or described at the time of estimate. Additional work discovered during a project (for example, hidden damage or extra preparation) may require a revised quote, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
3. Scheduling
We make every effort to begin and complete projects on the agreed dates. Timelines may be affected by weather (particularly exterior work), access to the property, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any changes to the schedule.
4. Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, are specified in your quote. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Client Responsibilities
To allow work to proceed efficiently, clients agree to provide reasonable access to the work area, remove or relocate fragile valuables where practical, and disclose any known hazards. While we take great care to protect your property, we ask that high-value or irreplaceable items be secured by the client.
6. Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. If a defect in our application appears under normal conditions within the warranty period stated in your quote, we will correct it at no additional labour cost. This warranty does not cover damage from structural movement, moisture intrusion, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProEdge Painting’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
